Through the Icicle Fund the ICICLE PRIZE seeks to publicly recognize, reward, and promote creative local artistic activity. For this inaugral year, the ICICLE PRIZE contest will be limited to the areas of film and photography. Entries will be displayed during a one-day exhibit, and cash prizes will be presented during an awards ceremony at the Wenatchee Performing Arts Center March 28, 2009.
