- Icicle Creek Music Center
The Icicle Creek Music Center receives operating and project support from the Icicle Fund. Among its many offerings are concerts, a youth symphony, the month-long Chamber Music Festival and Institute, a piano festival, lessons and the resident Icicle Creek Piano Trio.

- Chelan-Douglas Land Trust
Operating, capital and program support from the Icicle Fund has helped the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust protect over 1,800 in the Wenatchee Foothills and the White River, complete a successful endowment campaign, develop a trails project and upgrade office software and hardware.

- The Nature Conservancy
The Nature Conservancy’s North Central Washington project centers on Moses Coulee and the Beezley Hills. Icicle Fund operating and capital support has enabled TNC to establish a research station in Moses Coulee, undertake the long-term restoration of this valuable shrub steppe habitat and protect over 3200 acres.

- Trust for Public Land
The Trust for Public Land, with the Nature Conservancy and the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust has recently completed a joint conservation strategic plan for North Central Washington, which will guide the organizations’ work in this area through 2011. Icicle Fund operating, capital and program support has assisted TPL in protecting close to 20,000 acres of land with high conservation values, completing the Wenatchee Watershed Vision: Ideas for Sustaining and Enhancing a Balanced Landscape and establishing a North Central Washington office in Wenatchee.

- Barn Beach Trust
At the Barn Beach Reserve, educational programming and stewardship activities celebrate, promote and conserve the environmental, artistic and cultural heritage of the Wenatchee Valley. On any given day, one might find visitors touring the museum, a workshop of artists and a class of 5th graders out on snowshoes measuring snow depths or identifying wild animal tracks. Along with operating support, the Icicle Fund has remodeled the 100 year old building on the property and constructed a new classroom/auditorium called "The Barn."

- Birdfest
A group of dedicated and talented volunteers have added a spring Bird Fest to Leavenworth’s busy festival schedule. A three year operating support grant helped the Leavenworth Spring Bird Fest take wing and today is packed with field trips, concerts, art shows and lectures.

- Wild Fires
This photography project is documenting changes in the forest ecosystem over 20 years following major wild fires that occurred in this region in 1994. The project will culminate in 2014 with a traveling exhibit to raise public awareness of the complexity of fire and its effects on ecosystems. The Icicle Fund has provided support specifically for photographing the wildlife in the burned areas.

- Icicle Creek Theater Festival
In 2007, the first annual Icicle Creek Theater Festival culminated when 19 theater-artists-in-residence collaborated to present to the public staged readings of two new plays. Chosen from over 100 new plays, “Atomic Farmgirl” and “Dov and Ali” subsequently went into production on New York and London stages. Playwrights, directors and actors alike enjoyed the unique opportunity to live and work together for a full week in a beautiful setting and with first-rate material. The Icicle Fund is supporting the development of this playwrights’ workshop.

- Leavenworth Summer Theater
The Icicle Fund has supported the well-established and successful Leavenworth Summer Theater with operating, project and capital support. Each summer LST stages three classical musicals outdoors and under the stars, providing professional theater in beautiful settings for visitors and residents alike.

- River of Memory: The Everlasting Columbia (exhibit and book)
River of Memory carries exhibit visitors and readers from the mouth of the Columbia to its source in British Columbia through an extraordinary collection of ninety historical pictures of the river taken prior to the construction of dams. Music, poetry and painted silk renditions of the river’s native fish accompany visitors on their journey up the unfettered Columbia. Icicle Fund program support assisted in the development of the exhibit and the accompanying book.

- Upper Valley Connection
The Upper Valley Connection offers the one-week Icicle Players Theater Camp each year to developmentally disabled adults and young people. With a host community volunteers on hand, the Icicle Players have staged productions of Peter Pan and will soon offer The Wizard of Oz. Program support from the Icicle Fund is also assisting the Upper Valley Connection in its plan to build the camp into a one-week, stay-over camp for developmentally disabled thespians from across the state.

- Wild Fish Conservancy
The Icicle Fund is providing support for a ten-year study of ecological recovery and recolonization in Icicle Creek, a fifth-order catchment in the Wenatchee River Basin, following the removal of barriers to the passage of fish into nearly 29 miles of near-pristine mainstream and tributary habitat. In addition to their research activities, Wild Fish Conservancy staff has been conducting community outreach programs in conjunction with the Barn Beach Reserve and other local entities.
